Insurance Accepted

Insurance is accepted for covered services with:

  • Blue Cross Blue Shield of Wyoming

  • Cigna

  • First Choice of the Midwest (including Meritain and UnitedHealthcare plans)

  • Wyoming Medicaid

Coverage and benefits vary by plan. Insurance benefit information is an estimate and not a guarantee of payment. Clients are responsible for verifying their benefits, deductibles, authorization requirements, and coverage limitations.

If you choose to use insurance, required information will be submitted for reimbursement purposes.

Clients using insurance are responsible for copays, deductibles, and any non-covered services as determined by their plan.

Therapist consultation services and therapy intensives are self-pay and not billed to insurance.

Out-of-network clients are welcome. A superbill can be provided upon request for possible reimbursement. Reimbursement is not guaranteed and depends on your specific plan.

Payment is due at the time of service for all appointments.

Cancellation and Missed Appointment Fees

A minimum of 24 hours notice is required to cancel or reschedule any appointment.

Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours notice, or missed without notice, are subject to the following fees:

  • Standard therapy and consultation appointments — $150

  • Therapy intensives — $500

Insurance does not cover missed appointment fees. Sessions begin and end at the scheduled time. Late arrival may reduce available session time and does not reduce the session fee. Additional details are provided in informed consent documents within the client portal.

Emergencies & Crisis Care

This practice does not provide emergency or crisis services and does not offer on-call response.

If you are experiencing a mental health emergency, please call 988 (Suicide & Crisis Lifeline), go to your nearest emergency room, or call 911.

Emergency resources are available 24 hours a day through community crisis systems.

Practice Policy Information

  • Payment is due at the time of service unless other arrangements have been made in advance.

Payments are processed through the secure client portal using encrypted payment systems. Clients are responsible for maintaining an active payment method on file when required by the portal system.

Any unpaid balances must be resolved prior to scheduling additional appointments. If a balance remains outstanding, future sessions may be paused until the account is brought current.

For clients using insurance, copays, deductibles, and non-covered services are the client’s responsibility and are due at the time of service.

  • Appointments are reserved specifically for you. A minimum of 24 hours notice is required to cancel or reschedule any appointment.

Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours notice, missed without notice, or arrived to too late to complete are subject to a late cancellation or missed appointment fee.

Missed appointment fees are not billable to insurance and must be paid by the client.

Late cancellations reduce the ability to offer that time to another client and disrupt clinical scheduling. Providing advance notice helps maintain consistent care and availability.

  • Clients who are not using insurance have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate of expected charges under federal law.

A Good Faith Estimate outlines the anticipated cost of scheduled services and is provided through the secure client portal as part of the intake process.

If you receive a bill that is substantially higher than your Good Faith Estimate, you have the right to dispute the charge as outlined in the estimate documentation.

Questions about your estimate can be discussed prior to the start of services.

  • Scheduling, forms, and secure messaging are managed through the client portal.

Portal messaging and email are intended for administrative and scheduling purposes only. Clinical concerns, therapeutic questions, and sensitive matters are addressed during scheduled sessions rather than through messaging.

Response times for portal or email messages may vary and are not guaranteed to be same-day.

Electronic communication is not appropriate for urgent or emergency needs.

  • Telehealth services may be offered when clinically appropriate and when permitted by state regulations and insurance coverage.

Clients must be physically located in the state where services are authorized at the time of each telehealth session.

Reasonable steps are taken to protect privacy using secure technology platforms; however, no electronic system can guarantee absolute confidentiality.

Additional telehealth consent information and acknowledgment are completed through the secure client portal prior to participation in telehealth services.

  • Therapy is a collaborative process that supports growth, insight, and change. Because each person’s history, circumstances, and participation are unique, specific outcomes cannot be guaranteed.

Services are provided using professional training and evidence-informed approaches, with care tailored to individual and family needs.
